Clinton County Regional Educational Service Agency (CCRESA) welcomes Patti Jandernoa as a new member of the Board of Education. Patti and her husband Tony live in the Fowler area with their four children. Patti graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She and her husband own a dairy farm where Patti utilizes her skills in accounting and livestock care. She brings a wealth of experience with her from serving eight years on the Fowler Board of Education, three of which she served as President. Patti will serve a six year term until 2017 on the CCRESA Board and has recently been voted Treasurer. She has been meeting with Administrators from CCRESA to learn about the various programs and services CCRESA offers. She notes, “I have been very impressed with the quality of the staff and the huge array of opportunities they provide to our community.” Patti looks forward to facing the current education challenges and approaching them with new innovation. She says, “Everyone has made me feel so welcome and comfortable at CCRESA!” CCRESA looks forward to working with Patti.
Glen Feldpausch Retires from CCRESA Board of Education Glen Feldpausch has retired from the Clinton County Regional Educational Service Agency (CCRESA) Board of Education after fourteen years of dedicated service. Mr. Feldpausch has served as Treasurer and Trustee during his term of leadership. His service has spanned the tenure of three superintendents; Larry Schwartzkopf, Larry Lloyd and John E. Hagel, CCRESA’s current superintendent.
He has provided guidance through many administrative, educational and facility changes including the hiring of two superintendents. In 2002 he supported the purchase and renovation of the CCRESA Administration and Conference Center facility in Southpoint Mall in St. Johns and renovation of the CCRESA Educational Center on U.S. 27. Mr. Feldpausch lead the way to enhancing the technology resources CCRESA provides including the expansion of the fiber network to districts in Clinton County. He supported the growth of Career Education in partnership with the Clinton County local districts and Lansing Community College. Glen worked to successfully pass the Vocational Education Millage in 2002 and a Special Education Headlee Override Millage to support services to special education students and their families in 2005. In 2007 Mr. Feldpausch supported the implementation of a combined Instructional Services Department with Shiawassee Regional Education Service District (SRESD). He also supported the January 2009 appointment of John E. Hagel to serve in a dual superintendent role for both CCRESA and SRESD.
Mr. Feldpausch said “When I joined the CCRESA Board of Education I knew the concept of continued learning was important but came to understand the real value of life-long learning as I never stopped learning new information from the CCRESA administrators, staff and my fellow board members.” He noted, “I am deeply in-debt to these individuals for so many positive life experiences.”
Mr. Feldpausch is employed by the City of Lansing as a Project Manager. He and his wife Ellen live in Fowler and enjoy spending time with their two sons and their families. His son, Cpt. Dan Feldpausch and wife Cpt. Grace Feldpausch serve as U.S. Army officers and live near Fort Brag, North Carolina with their daughter Cori. Son, Dr. Greg Feldpausch has just completed serving in the U.S. Air Force and he and his wife Dr. Rebecca Feldpausch are completing physician residency in Portland, Oregon. Glen was recently honored at a dinner celebrating his many years of dedicated service on the CCRESA Board of Education. Board of Education Goals
